Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Kidio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
Eligibility and Accounts
Kidio is designed for children aged 0–8. Accounts are created and managed by parents/guardians. You must be of legal age under applicable law to create accounts and make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
Kidio currently has no paid content; paid offerings may be introduced in the future. If paid content or subscriptions are offered, prices will be shown in the store. Payments are processed by third-party providers; InfinitySync does not store card numbers. Unless required by applicable consumer law or store policies (e.g., Google Play), purchases are final and non-refundable. Taxes and currency conversion fees may apply. If fees cannot be collected, access to paid features may be suspended until resolved.
License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kidio under these Terms. All content and software are owned by InfinitySync or licensors and protected by law. Copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works is prohibited except where legally permitted.
Conduct and Use Restrictions
You agree not to circumvent security or access controls; disrupt the service or interfere with servers/networks; upload malware or use Kidio to harm devices/data; scrape or mass-collect content or data; use Kidio for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Safety and Child Protection
Content is curated for child suitability; adult supervision is recommended. Kidio provides no user‑to‑user messaging or social features.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, present security risks, or where required by law.
Disclaimers
Kidio is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, InfinitySync disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law: InfinitySync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. InfinitySync’s total liability for claims relating to Kidio is limited to amounts you paid for Kidio in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These Terms do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting with the “Last Updated” date. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
Privacy and Data
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not “sell” or “share” personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI‑Generated Content and Parental Acknowledgment
Videos and content in the app are produced and curated using AI‑based tools. By accepting these Terms, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that content is AI‑generated. Content is reviewed for child suitability, but minor imperfections may occur. The disclaimers in Section 8 apply.
